Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is damaged, incorrect, or expired.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers, herbal and medicinal products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Items that cannot be returned:

Products that have been used.

Products with a broken seal or opened packaging (due to health and safety regulations).

Damages, Wrong Items, and Issues

The item is defective or damaged during transit.
You received the wrong item.
The product is past its expiry date.

To expedite your claim, please include your order number and a clear photo or video of the item’s condition. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at unanidrugs@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

Proof of Purchase: Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier partner for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return under the 30-day policy once the package arrives.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Timeline: Most refunds reflect in your bank account or card within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
