Product Orders & Fulfillment
UnaniDrugs.in is an online store for the sale and delivery of herbal medicines. While consultations are managed via our sister site (.com), this website is dedicated to the fulfillment of physical product orders delivered to your doorstep.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of medicinal and healthcare products, we follow a Strict No-Return Policy for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the following cases:
- Damaged during Transit: If the medicine bottle or packaging is broken/leaking upon arrival.
- Wrong Product: If the item delivered does not match the item listed in your order confirmation.
- Expired Products: If the product delivered is past its expiry date.
Requirement for Claim: To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the above cases, you must provide a clear photo or video unboxing of the damaged/incorrect parcel within 24 hours of delivery to unanidrugs@gmail.com.
Refund Process
- Refunds are only processed if a replacement for a damaged/wrong item is unavailable.
- If your claim for a damaged or incorrect product is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank/Wallet/Card) depending on your financial institution.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by UnaniDrugs.in.
